Nice piece. But, if Senators/Representatives rejected the vote tally and if they were re-elected on the same ballot, wouldn’t they also lose their re-election? I’m not aware of any state that has a separated ballot by person, party, or position. Hence, a unified ballot of all candidates would yield, if fraud was on the Presidential side, there’s fraud on all parts of the ballot. So, Senators/Representatives on the fraudulent ballot would also lose their re-election and their opponent would automatically win. What is good for the goose is good for the gander!
