They are themselves much worse code. Speaking as a hardcore programmer, I absolutely fucking condemn these fascist psychopaths.

If you want to understand this world, I highly recommend this (https://firstmonday.org/ojs/index.php/fm/article/view/13636/11599) paper co-authored by Timnit Gebru, an AI expert (female, of colour) thrown out of Google for suggesting that LLMs are nothing more than ‘stochastic parrots’. This paper covers a lot of ground but will help you see a) the sheer, mind bending craziness of their worldview, b) the utter arrogance (interplanetary colonisation etc) c) the danger they pose. These men should NEVER have been bank-rolled by QE. That money was supposed to rebuild the economy after the bankers crashed it but the oligarchs grabbed it for LLMs. Now we have a bunch of men seeing themselves as lacking financial, planetary - even biological constraints. Trump is their puppet - a Hindenburg for our times before they impose a tech bro as king.

It was always about JD Vance. The clown is disposable as soon as he is unproductive. It has been so obvious, and I’m stunned that it hasn’t had more Discussion.

There is a hole in their thinking! I “did my duty” and had four children. They “dutifully “ had eight. And every last one of us are very blue liberals!

I am only too familiar with the ideas of people like Curtis Yarvin (who wrote under the name Mencius Moldbug,) Peter Thiel, Patrick Deneen, and their ilk. Their influence is rotten.

So, again, pragmatically, what do we do? Those of us who understand this, have already understood this before the election. ...And warned others about it. Loudly. And it didn't work. What's next?

Capitalist democracy is not an oxymoron, as Thiel claims. But Dennen's idea of a "virtuous elite" certainly is an oxymoron. When given power, most elites are not virtuous because they become corrupted by the power. It takes a governmental system as we have of checks and balances to neutralize the power put in place by our forefathers, who were acutely aware of the risk of elite power haven thrown off the shackles of a monarchy "Virtuous elite" is tantamount to saying the people are too stupid for self-governance, and we need somebody smarter with better morals to rule us. That goes against everything the U.S. Constitution stands for!

Ironic. The elite tech bros want to get rid of the non-tech elites. I guess that is just a change of pocket for all the government grift?

Populists very seldom get the government that they want and they very seldom want the government that they get! This unlikely and unwieldy coalition of factions that are diametrically opposed on tmmigration will never be able to find a compromise that is pleasing to all and, once again, nothing will get done! The resulting tug-of-war between the two sides will generate reams of news stories but nothing of substance. The Rs are too leery of upsetting their constituents and not getting re-elected! They are incapable of governing because:

A. They don't know how to govern and

B. They want government to fail!

Why people keep voting for these goofballs is one of the more mystifying phenomena of our democracy.

To get the nation to turn on these broligarchs, ya gotta go after their aryan undercurrents. They’re all racists and misogynist. Esp Musk and Theil for one is gay and has no use for women and a musk who makes babies using a Turkey baster on his women. That’s not average regular American Bro material. The average American bros have laser Ed they ire at Dems that they have become puppets to these very strange rich foreigners.

I don’t mind foreigners per se but I totally fucking hate those that are trying to take over our govt, politics and culture and shouldn’t they?

You need advert specialists to boil this down to some serious well thought slogans that can make the average unwashed MAGA brolettes turn on these super rich non natives elites who want to out all of us in their serfdom.

Seems maybe Loopy Loomer and dirty in all his crevices Steve Bannon have hit on it all with the H1-B issue. Why these ‘garchs won’t hire their fine MAGA bros is a question to keep asking the MAGA brolettes over and over again. Enough drips and the water permeates the thick bone of their heads??? By then, the gas and the eggies will only get more expensive but by then, only those in the deepest crevices of the MAGA cult will give Trump Muskypants and woman hater Theil a pass.
