YES! Thank you for this excellent summary of the situation. You have shown me that things may not be is as bad as I have feared and have given me hope for the future.
One thing that tickles me is that two of the attorneys general building cases against Dumpy are Black women: Fani Willis in Atlanta and Letitia James of New York state. This misogynistic bigot may get some of his comeuppance from people he thinks are inferior.
In the midst of the madness and loud screaming of hatred & intolerance it sure is comforting to find the hope and quiet whispers of justice, equality and love! Thank you for the lovely reminder!
Thank you! I certainly hope that the messaging leaders among the Dems are listening closely as you've laid out a very clear roadmap for hard-hitting campaign ads that simply use the GQP's own actions and words against them. This REALLY needs to be a key part of the campaigns as well as a big part of what needs to be an epic get-out-the-vote effort (to overwhelm the massive voter suppression and gerrymandering).
One hopes that the red legislatures, particularly those who get their color from Gerry Mander, are beginning to realize that the fact trump appointed a judge doesn't mean the judge has necessarily abandoned his belief in the law or the Constitution. With luck it will slow down the next round of persecutions du jour.
Gerry Mander - I love it!! I once worked at an assisted-living facility, and we had a big holiday party (I forget which holiday). We did a fun version of the Newlywed Game show, but we called it the Oldywed Show, and I was the host. I named myself "Jerry Atrics"!! It was a hoot!
Love starting my day with good news. I'm hoping that some of those uncharged individuals include the members of Congress who were apparently in several text chains with nefarious characters before and during Jan 6th. I was a little disheartened over the WP article about Christopher Wray's stalling of the investigation. It seems that by trying to not appear political, they succeeded in looking cowardly and complicit, imo. Thank you the once again, for the excellent take on our situation.

We must have hope. Jay reminds us of that all the time.
I will get (more) excited when I see POTUS45 wearing a jumpsuit that matches his hair colour.
More like his face color!
HA!

There is poetic justice there, isn’t there?
Finally. Sanity is slowly returning.

As always, well said and much appreciated.

This feels G-O-O-D, am I right folks?
