On Thursday, Donald Trump became the first former President to be federally indicted, his second indictment in under 3 months.
Special Counsel Jack Smith unsealed the indictment on Friday showing Trump and his personal valet charged on 37 felony counts.
This is unequivocally a win for accountability and the rule of law.
Even Fox News’ favorite Trump shill lawyer Jonathan Turley couldn’t sugarcoat the devastating nature of these charges.
In case you were wondering what Hillary Clinton must be feeling at this moment.
As Pride month continues, President Joe Biden celebrated at The White House with a clear message of solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community.
The White House released a set of policies to protect LGBTQ+ people amid unprecedented Republican attacks.
Additionally, we saw a win for our trans kids out of Maryland this week.
Democrats deliver equality and safety for LGBTQ+ youth.
We also saw an Ohio Republican who has a transgender son speak out powerfully against his own party attempting to ban gender-affirming care.
More of this, please.
AOC spoke out powerfully against the Christian nationalist strain in the modern Republican Party that is driving the anti-LGBTQ+ crusade around the country.

We love this act of defiance by the Mayors of Sarasota and St. Pete, Florida:
Take that, DeSantis!
MAGA heads are exploding over Cracker Barrel going “woke” for Pride.
And congratulations to Elizabeth Cook, the first transgender woman to win the Miss San Francisco pageant.
She will now be competing for the Miss California title in July.

In this case, the three liberal justices were able to bring Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh along to side with Black Alabama voters challenging the GOP-drawn congressional maps.

This has been a wonderful week! Trump has been indicted and it turns out, his activities were worse than we could have imagined! Chris Christie, whom I generally detest, has entered the presidential race and is speaking the truth about the criminal former president. Pride Day for baseball has extended to more teams 🌈 and a Blue Jays player who posted hateful messages has been DFAed! It feels great to be on the right side of history!
You know, all the attention this week has been on tfg, and rightfully so, but some of the other highlights this week have been just astounding! In my state of Ohio, to have a Republican speak out against the fascists populating Columbus?!?!! Never thought I'd see THAT! And a story not listed, but miraculous by itself is the 4 kids in the Amazon jungle coming home! I can't wait to hear the details of how these kids made it through that! How many of us could? But still, the lead story is the sweetest!
