For the rest of this week, our team is taking a much needed break and heading to spend time with friends and family. We have much to be thankful for, especially the readers here who have been so supportive and have made our little publication possible.
Truth be told, we still only have a small fraction of our readership as voluntary paid supporters. To encourage a few more of you who have been meaning to upgrade your subscriptions to paid, we’re offering a Thanksgiving sale of 20 percent off an annual subscription to The Big Picture.
Next year is going to be a critical year, with what is shaping up to be the most important election of our lifetimes, knowing what we now know about the far-right’s plans should they seize back control.
So stay informed, stay vigilant, and keep the big picture in focus by becoming a paid supporter today. The big media outlets so often focus on the horserace without laying out the stakes. We’ll be here, making them clear for all our readers.
Happy holidays!
- Jay, Todd, Amelia, and the rest of the team at The Big Picture
When I subscribed to Jay's Status Kuo, I took the annual subscription because it was cheaper for me and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.
I don't know how much Substack charges for their part in collecting monthly subscription fees, but I realized that a monthly subscription provided a steadier monthly revenue stream for you than the annual subscriptions. That is why I chose the monthly subscription to The Big Picture. When it is time to renew my Status Kuo subscription, I will probably change it to monthly for the same reason.
I really need the Status Kuo to understand what is happening in the legal arena across America, and The Big Picture is very enlightening.
Happy holidays to all of you, and safe travels for all who are traveling.
This is well worth the paid subscription
